2004-07 Hitex Diamond-clad building is compliant to E2 and B2

In 2004, Franklin District Council queried the compliance of a building built with Hitex Diamond cladding.

In this Determination the Department of Building and Housing found that the external cladding of a building was compliant with E2 and would be compliant with B2 if two maintenance issues were addressed (s6.2). The Determinations Manager was John Gardiner.
